Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include all original accessories and packaging.

Show no signs of installation, damage, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, installed, or used:

Screen protectors

Camera lens protectors

Adhesive products

Used phone cases

Products damaged during installation

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and its packaging

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Handy Welt will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If you ordered the wrong model or color, please contact us before opening or using the product. We will do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return procedure.

Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper installation

Accidental damage

Misuse or abuse

Damage caused by incompatible devices

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
